Best Nang Myeon at Yu Chun

I recently had the best nang myeon of my life at Yu Chun restaurant in Koreatown. I'm sorry I don't have the exact address but it is on 6th street, near the corner of Normandie on the south side of the street in the same mini mall as the 7/11.

They use "mol mil" for their nang myeon, which I think is some kind of special buckwhat flour that produces a more nutritious, darker noodle.

Regardless, they serve it in a "granita" of beef broth, and if you add a touch of vinegar and a spoonful of chinese mustard, it is some of the best nang myeon you can have this side of the Pacific!
