Does anybody know where I can get zushi. I've only had it when a sushi-chef friend of mine in New York made it a couple of times and was recently smoted by a craving. To clarify as per what it actually is, "Namenari-Zushi" is fish fermented in polished or unpolished and eaten with or (traditionally) without the rice. The end product is very complex in flavor and rather eye-openingly tart (at least when my friend made it. I've attached a link that should give one a better idea regarding what exactly I'm looking for.

Thanks for your time,
