I loved the nachos from La Casita. They put enchilada sauce on their nachos, and it added to the taste.
They were in Fremont.
Where else in Fremont, Newark, Union City, or further out, makes these kind of nachos?
Also, for the meat, I prefer non shredded chicken. So something that would usually be classified as "fajita chicken".
