In the community farm weekly package a friend shares with me, we received a large zip lock bag with greens in it. They look a little like miniature kale, but not quite as curly. Range from 2 - 4" leaves, purple stems, dark green color, slightly leathery leaves. Not collards. Anybody have a guess what these beauties are? And how to cook them? Don't know if I should boil a lot (like collards) or quick steam. Thanks!
