Hi. I was in an art gallery in southern Vermont this week and the person working there said he had an amazing meal in Montreal in February. It sounded like the restaurant was on St. Denis, though it could be St. Laurent (but he wasn't sure). He said it was a small place (30 seats or so), run by a French chef, his wife (front of the house), and their son who was the sous chef. He said the appetizer had foam.
Can anyone help me in identifying which restaurant this might be? Thanks.
