Can anyone identify the brown sauce on the tables at Paul's on 2nd Ave? It tastes vaguely English in that Daddy's Sauce/HP sort of way, but it's got a note of cinnamon or some other surprising spice. It's the kind of sauce you want in your house, as I imagine it'd complement almost anything. It really is incredible.
