I got a tip from a chinese speaking older person about two places that he could not name but swore it is among the topmost chinese restaurant. I wonder if anyone knows about them. Here are the clues:
-Inside Ranch 99 complex in Richmond, there is a "tio ciu" restaurant that is able to turn out the greatest noodle dishes(plural) in the world. I know that the chinese in Indonesia is capable to create some awesome noodle dishes whether it's noodle soup or fried char kwee tiauw, etc. So if this guy can say that then it means something. It is closeby Saigon and across from the hair shop.
-Another place is in Irving (SF) where there is a great deal on a set menu that involves expensive ingredients like abalone and other seafood for like $200 for ten people that regularly would cost like $400. And this place is well known among the Hong Kong clienteles so it must be a special place if it's true.
