I mean no offense, but it startles me to see local food-and-wine types
misspell Mustards! Guess it's the restaurant's own fault for choosing a name
to susceptible to misunderstanding. It was, allegedly, named after the
beautiful mustard that blooms in the Napa springtime.
I suppose Mustards' owners are inured to this almost-universal error by now.
If that startles you, please take a Valium before I tell you that I often mistype "it's" when I really mean "its" even though I know the difference and will catch it in editing.
But please, please, I am not a local in Napa. I live 70 miles away on the far more beautiful side of the mountains in Alexander Valley. Otherwise I probably wouldn't have made the wrong turn. (g)
