I've been going to Musso's for years, I love the place. I've never tried the Sanddabs, though, famous as they are. It's always Chicken Pot Pie day or I want a pork chop or a filet and hate to break away. I finally tried them today - wow, so good. They are done a la Sauce Meuniere. They were flaky, moist, the skin crispy in places and the sauce was light and divine. I will get these again, they may even be my 'go to' dish for a while.
