I made a big pot of mussels in wine, garlic and butter last night. They were fantastic.
My husband put the food away at the end of the evening, but failed to put the leftover mussels away. They're sitting in the wine sauce in the serving bowl.
What I need to know is do I throw these away, or can I refrigerate them and still eat them later? I hate the thought of wasting these marvelous mollusks
