Mushashino, excellent and running out of fish

Our favorite Austin sushi place is at its' peak. I just came in from a plentiful sushi feast and everything was impeccably fresh, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The sea bass, with a small dollop of chile glistening on top was a table favorite, as was a fatty salmon with a seaweed marinade on top (dry marinade, basically a julienne of fresh, crisp seaweed strewn across). It was faintly sweet and countered the vinegared rice in a ridiculously delicous way, but remember to lay off the soy and wasabi for the full effect. The always excellent yellowtail cheeks were as fresh and delicate as I've ever had.

A word of warning: Mushashino will be closed on Tuesday, September 18th because of an interruption of fish delivery via air. They were already out of several items tonight. I'd lay off until Wednesday and then call to check on the status of their delivery.
