Hello. Thinking about, at long last, getting a nicer chef's knife. I would like to buy one for under $150 and have pretty well narrowed it down to these two 8" knives. Does anyone have any experience with either? My current go-to knife is a Dexter Sanisafe. nice, but I cook about 6 nights a week, I thought an upgrade might be nice.
