Does anyone here have any experience with R Murphy knives? I'm looking to replace the cheap sears knife my step mother got me years ago with something of somewhat better quality. I recently learned of R Murphy and that their factory is in my state(Massachusetts) and not even 2 hours away.
They've been around for awhile, but I've found very little about them online. A few forum posts about survival knifes, a review or two for oyster knives and a few blogs giving brief reviews after recieving a chefs knife for some givaway the company was doing are all I've really found.
I'm currently looking at their 10in chefs knife.
