More MSP Summer Street Food

On my way to Pastor Hamilton's BBQ this weekend (which was very good, by the way) I noticed a taco stand on the corner of East 7th and Arcade St in St. Paul. After my rib sandwhich I decided to stop for a couple of tacos. This a cool little stand selling mexican street food and is clearly catering to the Mexican Communnity as the menu is in Spanish with English in small print below. The menu consists of tacos, tostadas, burritos, enchiladas and a few other specialities. All are reasonably priced (1 taco/$1.50) and are maid to order. I had a steak taco and a pork taco. The pork was sauted with pineapple and onions. All tacos are served with cilantro, salsa a lime. Both were great. They are open Friday evening and all day Saturday and Sunday.

P.S. The BBQ place in Elk River is not open on Saturdays.
