Good Lord, we love the Strip Club. We went for brunch today-- we've been before, but I don't think I've ever written it up here.
I had the BBQ Pork Hash, though today it was made with beef brisket instead of pork. Regardless, this stuff is amazingly good. As in, it was all I could do to refrain from licking the plate.
I also had a Bloody Mary, which, like so many of the cocktails at the Strip Club, was made from house-prepared ingredients, with a big old pickle and a slice of salami as garnishes, and capers, garlic, and dill (among other things) floating around.
My dining companion had the French Toast with bourbon-caramel sauce and chopped apples. It's quite delicious as well-- the sauce is quite boozy and very tasty.
If you haven't had brunch at the Strip Club, you're missing out.
And by the second time you go, you'll be greeted like an old friend.... Did I mention we really love this place? And it's practically right around the corner....
