MSP: Mandarin Kitchen going downhill?

We had an extremely unpleasant meal at the MK the other day. I had soft shell crabs. They were squishy and off-tasting. My wife ordered shrimp with lobster sauce. I know this may be an inauthentic Chinese dish but it was so tasteless we had to slather it with Kikkoman soy sauce to give it any flavor at all. Mealy rice. I'm quite disturbed, as MK was the one bright spot in an otherwise mediocre Chinese food scene.
