Mozzarella cheese

Hi, I'm looking to start making my own cheese and was hoping to start with Mozzarella. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a kosher certified source of Lipase for making cheeses, mozzarella and others? I've tried looking online and can't locate it. And if you've made
Mozzarella without this enzyme how did it turn out? any tips/suggestions would be appreciated!
