moving to tucson from europe: bread, cheese, chocolate?

guenevere | Mar 10, 2003 08:20 AM

I am moving to Tucson to start law school. I currently live in Europe (lausanne, swiss) and so I am a bit spoiled food-wise. I want to know if in Tucson you can get European-style breads and pastries, and really good cheese, olives, olive oil, and chocolate. I know about trader joes, which is a start, but are there places other than that, or better? I know others have asked about shopping in Tucson, but I am interested in these specific items. Also, by the way, any really good authetic mexican places where menudo is on the menu and everything is in spanish, not english? I think I have read all of the Tucson posts, so I am looking for anything else.
