I know there have been quite a few reviews of Moutarde on this board, but I wanted to throw mine in the mix. This was about as disappointing a meal as I've had in some time. It was my first time, so I don't have a full frame of reference here, but the two items ordered (chicken breast and steak frites) were truly awful. The chicken was tiny, undercooked, and dripping with a greasy white sauce. There was no starch--it was served only with what appeared to be the rinds of zucchini (honestly--it looked as though someone had taken a vegetable peeler and zucchini, and peeled the zucchini ONTO THE PLATE, and served that!!!). The steak was medium rare as ordered, and yet managed to be incredibly dry. No sauce whatsoever. The waiter was rude and inattentive (the dry steak was very difficult to get down with no water in my glass), and of course the entire experience was incredibly overpriced.

I've been to quite a few bad restaurants, but the feeling I got from this one is that nobody really cares about serving good food.
