Not technically in Las Vegas, but rather in Henderson, these folks are a paradigm shift in the local coffee community.

I agree. But there's no way I'm going to drive -- well, actually, take a cab -- 20 minutes to get there, stand in line to get an espresso, and then take another 20 minute ride back, when I only have a 20-minute break during a conference . . .
That said, I wouldn't rely on tourists/visitors, either. Makes much more sense for them to be in Henderson.
