For the past 5-6 years, every mother's day we've been going out east to the lobster roll Northside. While I know it's not a popular choice for many, it seemed to work for us on mother's day. kids menu, reasonably priced, could eat outside, my wife liked it.

We can be pretty adventurous other times, but this place fit the bill for that day. Well it seems to have closed down. Can someone suggest other options out east that have a similar vibe. We're flexible, it doesn't need to fit the exact same parameters.

After dinner, we like to continue out east, stop at a winery, check out the farm stands, etc. so if it's further out, that's not a problem.

Thanks!
