I was there a couple of months ago and really enjoyed that baked chicken which they said was done in a wine sauce with I believe lemon and garlic. Of course I don't expect to get that recipe, but last weekend I ate at Macaroni grill and had their Chicken Marsala which was done in a sauce that tasted remarkably like what I remembered was the Mosca's chicken. So at least now I know what wine was in there and gave the chicken that marvelous mahagony color.
I would like to try to imitate the Mosca's dish at home and am wondering if anyone either knows their recipe (which I doubt) or knows the recipe for the Macaroni Grill's Chicken Marsala. I have tried the copycat recipe sites for the MG's version to no avail, although I can come up with Chicken Marsala recipes and they are quite simple. Short of getting the real thing I can probably put together a dish that is similar, but thought I would try here first.
