Is the former any good with the fryolater? I'm not a South Ender so don't want to brave the cold needlessly but I've always found something appealing about it from the outside.
On the other end of the spectrum, I was looking at Mistral's menu and noticed the truffle mac and cheese$39 for an APPETIZER portion. Maybe it's been there awhile and I just overlooked it but...?!?!? WHAT could possibly justify a $40 appetizer? Do they just plunk 3 or 4 whole truffles into it? Wondering if anyone can enlighten me on this.
