For Xmas my wife bought me tagine, which is a Morrocan
cooking device, along with a cookbook. I'm looking forward to giving them both a try. However, I've never had Morrocan food, and before I take my new toys out for a spin I'd like to get a feel for
this type of cooking. Can anyone recommend a nice place on the north side where I can experience what this cuisine is about, spices, techniques etc.?
