Any tips on Morocco from natives, expats, frequent visitors? I'm thinking, of course, of food. Famous home cooks, distinct regional variations, must-try restaurants beyond the Yacouts of Marrakech. From what I've gotten so far, the further South one gets the less tainted by tourism. Essaouria, Chefchaouen, Tarradount, Marrakech, Fez. I'm open t go just about anywhere.
