i love moroccan food, but was actually a bit disappointed by chameau. i thought the food was not nearly rich enough. the tagine for instance was a bit one diomensional. not the usual layers and layers of spices, textures, and flavors. i wonder if anyone on the board has been to these other places (tagine, koutoubia) and can make comparisons/recs. or, of course, if there are other places i haven't listed that you think are worthwhile, i'd love to hear about them.
