Moriarty's burgers: Take-out vs Dine-in

Smellchipper | Sep 25, 2005 01:12 PM

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this phenomenon: When my wife and I order burgers at Moriarty's to dine-in they are juicy, cooked to our preference and absolutely delicious with fresh lettuce and tomatoes and lots of fries. When ordering take-out from them the burgers are dry, not cooked the way we asked and come with wilted slimy lettuce and old tomatoes. We never dine-in anymore because we have a newborn baby and don't want her breathing the cigarette smoke. Is this a typical experience? Do they just not care about our order since we won't be ordering drinks or tipping a server?
