It's morel season

Yesterday we found the first morels of the season. For Easter dinner we will saute them in butter and serve them with our asparagus.

We anticipate finding more, so what are your favorite ways to prepare them? I usually only enjoy them cooked with other foods to balance the intense flavor, but my husband likes them any way he can get them.
