Starting next week many of the local bakeries will be making Moon Cake for the August (by the lunar) moon festival. I think you should check with your local baker to see when they will be ready to sell Mooncakes. Just a point of information if you buy a box from Hong Kong or China they have been on a ship for eight to ten weeks before they arrive here. I sure the bakers over there are really skilled but I am sure that something eight old can not match something freshly baked.

We can discuss which one the best later on this board. I am always looking for something cheaper, fresher and better.
