The milanga is one of their lomitos/sandwiches. Thin pounded beef, breaded and fried, aromatic with herbs dotting the batter. Flavours made bigger with a very garlicky aioli, a thin bit of mustard, flaps of ham and stretchy chewy cheese. Tasty and very satisfying, vaguely over the top in a good greedy way.
Chips are of the pencil thin variety, nicely fried, not greasy, and fairly crisp on the outside.
