Restaurants & Bars

I often find myself driving to Monterey (mother in law lives there). We always need a place to stop along the way for a cup of coffee and a snack. Paso Robles has several places but I just found a new place in a little town north of Paso. It's in San Miguel. Take the Mission Street off ramp from the 101 freeway. The mission is a nice place to take a few pictures or light a candle for someone who needs it. Then you come to a place called the Mission Deli. It's in a new building and it is also a small market with an array of snacks. They also have a hot food counter where you can get breakfast burritos, fried chicken and really great sandwiches that are made to order. The coffee is not the greatest but you can get a cold beer and sit at one of the tables out front and watch the traffic go by. I loved it.
A pizza place is opening up across the street.
I'd rather frequent a place in a small town like this instead of a chain like Starbucks or Subway.
