Momofuku - review

pablog | Mar 27, 2006 01:03 PM

I had lunch at Momofuku today.

Arrived at noon and went right in as they opened. Restaurant was immediately a little less than half full. I was attended quickly and ordered the steamed pork buns and ramen with shredded pork.

Pork buns were fantastic but perhaps a little expensive at $9/2 buns. Ramen was nothing special but I did like that it was not at all greasy. I am no ramen expert.

When I left at 12:30, restaurant was still half empty so I had plenty of room and was well attended. Not a bad spot if you show up at the right time and have a craving for steamed pork buns.
