momo and chutney

when i was living in nepal, we used to go to this little momo shop called "everest momo" where all they did was steam and fry thousands of these amazing little buffalo momo (for those who haven't experienced the pleasure, they're tibetan spiced meat dumplings in a wrapping that is not unlike that of a "pot sticker" or siu mai) and serve them with a fantastic green chutney. i've had this type of chutney in the states in indian restaurants, and i believe it is made mainly of cilantro and chilies. the last time i ate in a tibetan and nepali restaurant, i was sorely disappointed in the momo. i know there must be a thousand different varieties of this treat, but has anyone seen or tasted the type of momo i attempted to describe? and, especially, the chutney that accompanied?
