I had checked this book out of the library, and my son who is just home from college found it, and decided to cook the braised pork ribs in mango, lime and coconut. Incredibly delicious! Wow.
Plus, who knew my son could cook so well?
What should we cook next from this book?
I'm looking at turkey thighs braised with buttercup squash or with apples. Anybody made that?
