Mole negro in Vancouver

The first time I saw it was on Bourdain's "A Cook's Tour," then it showed up on Rick Bayless Top Chef Masters episode. I tried it at a gfs house where her mom made it, now I want it again. The recipe is a pain in the ass to follow, was wondering if anyone knew a good restaurant (heck any restaurant) that makes a good one.
