I love Mole. I've come to learn there are hundreds of different ways to make this Mexican dish of perfection, but the ones i've tasted (and loved) have had chocolate in them. I'm far from any expert on the dish, but have a burning desire to taste as much of it as possible. I want to know just how different all the types can be and taste!
Anyone know of good mole in Las Vegas? Dives are a big +, and I'll drive across town if it's really good.
