Where's the best mole?

Where can we get the best mole? By best, I mean "not sweet." Now, I understand that authentic moles probably have to have a little sugar in them, but most places seem to go overboard. Are we being unreasonale to expect a mole with complex flavors that are not dominated by sugar? Is it a regional thing, or is it possible that any authentic mole is just what we think of as too sweet?
