Mohegan Sun restaurant report--MJ Sports Cafe, Longhouse, Fidelia's

We spent Sat. and Sun. at Mohegan Sun, and ate in the three places mentioned above. Our report:

Lunch at the Michael Jordan's Cafe was pretty good, a 7 out of 10. The burgers and other sandwiches were well-prepared, the service and drinks very good. At $10 for a burger, it's not cheap, but all in all, a pretty good choice.

Dinner at the Longhouse was actually very good, one of the better choices at Mohegan Sun, especially for steaks. We had the local oysters, which were great, the French onion soup, which was an excellent version, and the chopped salad was a good rendition. The steaks were great, large, flavorful, good sauces. The sides were also good. My SO had one of the fish dishes, as did one of our friends. Neither of them enjoyed them.

Had Sunday breakfast at Fidelia's. It was actually better than I expected, good diner quality eggs, breakfast meats, and pancakes. Extra credit for real maple syrup. Definitely, skip the buffet.
