Modest DuPont Circle breakfast, lunch, dinner recs

Greetings -

I’ve got a group of about 20-25 Chinese coming to DC for around a week. They’re here on business, and they’re staying near DuPont Circle.

I’m looking for breakfast, lunch, and dinner recommendations within walking distance from DuPont. My biggest concern is finding places which coincide with my awfully modest budget and will be able to handle twentyish people (either through reservations or perhaps they’re used to large crowds, etc.) It would also be convenient if these restaurants took American Express... but this is just a hope.

A couple places that seem to pop up regularly in the messages here on the DC board are City Lights and Al Tiramisu, but I’m eager to hear some other suggestions.

Specifically, I’d like to find inexpensive breakfast joints - definitely less than $10 per person - around DuPont. Lunch and dinner spots need to be less $15 a person. A decent mid-week brunch suggestion for that price would also be helpful.

As far as cuisine goes: Chinese places are welcome, as long as it’s superb Chinese food. Italian will work very well. American fare is fine. Indian is not a good idea, and neither is Japanese.

I look forward to any recommendations.
