Looking for a dinner in Paris in June. Would love something modern and playful, not overly posh, though tasting menu recs are certainly welcome. My favorite restaurants are places like Minibar (DC), State Bird Provisions (SF), or Purple Pig or El Ideas (Chicago); fun small plates with a lot of different tastes.
Other places we plan to visit on our three day trip are David Tourtiain, Arpege, and Le Comptoir de Gastronomie (fois 4 eva). I've heard good things about Verjus. Please feel free to comment or suggest. The only one set in stone right now is Arpege.
Help me out, hounds!
