Mobil's new ratings came out. They've bumped the Dining Room at the Ritz-Carlton (SF) up to five stars. I haven't been there; but from what I've read from Chowhounders, I've gathered that the Dining Room is, at best, a second-tier fine dining option in SF. So what do you think? Is the Dining Room deserving? On par with Danko or The French Laundry?
