Tried Mo-Bay on DeKalb last night: It was superb!
We had assorted appetizer platter for two, which easily satisfied three (fried plantains, smoked wings, jerk wings, codfish cakes, white strip with two sauces) and three entrees, we couldn't decide which one was the best:
curried goat, stewed oxtail and jerk chicken. The jerk chicken was spicey but not too much for our european taste. The side dishes (two of choice with each entree) were good too, I liked candied yams the best.
Huge portions, so we thought we wouldn't be able to have dessert, but I had to try the famous rummy rum cake: Delicious! Get's you a little bit drunk and leaves you totally happy with the world, even on a rainy windy evening like yesterday.
The atmosphere is nice too, a small cozy room, attentive service, the whole evening was a full success.
