Mixing baseball & food in Anaheim

I am looking for a delicious vegetarian place to either have dinner or get takeout prior to weekday baseball game at the Big A. It should not be fancy, as time will be of the essence, but must be within 10 minutes (weekday rush hour) drive of the stadium, be extremely tasty, & maybe offer something that my vegetarian friend cannot get back in Connecticut (ie no pizza please). For example of what I’m looking for, my latest find near the stadium for such a meal is a very basic Mexican place (can’t remember the name) but you can easily find as it’s on Orangewood in the first strip mall on the south side of the street just west of the 5. Technically, it’s not facing Orangewood, but a side street, but you can find it just by turning into the 1st strip mall you see after getting off the 5, between Haster and the 5. Anyway, I had the most satisfying torta ahogada (in this case a carnitas torta dipped in the perfect for the cold wind outside chile sauce) there previously, but it’s definitely a little to meatcentric (especially w/ its bins of assorted succulent meats at the counter) for my east coast friend. By the way, you can walk off your meal by parking on the street here & walking to the stadium. It’s not too long of a walk, its free, & am pretty sure it’s legal. Well, that’s currently my favorite pregame meal & am looking for something similar that showcases what excellent food we have in Orange County, just with less meat.
