I saw some sirloin chops on sale... i thought they were just regular loin chops...
so i made an asian marinade for pork chops (soy sauce, fish sauce, lemongrass, sugar, garlic, ginger...)
then i started slicing the roast... and noticed they were all these different muscles.
Not wanting the marinade to go to waste... I threw them in anyways.
I now regret it.
What are my options???
Sirloin chops, I googled, are a cut of pork that contains a bunch of different muscles, so it's hard to cook right (no wonder they were so cheap... should've just grinded them up and turned them into sausage!)
