In 7x7 magazine they mentioned that Alan Carter, the pastry chef for Mission Beach Cafe, uses butter for his piecrust. Who's had the pies from there? Slices $6.5-7; Whole pies $32-$34. I had a chocolate chip cookie from there once, it was really good.
