Mision Burrito - Hoboken

I finally tried Mision Burrito in Hoboken this weekend and was not very impressed. The portions were huge and the service was friendly but they were not like San Francisco style burritos -- they were not wrapped tightly enough and had to be eaten with a knife and fork, the tortillas were not warm and pliable, and the filling featured too much rice and not enough beans. The burritos were served with salad on the side.

Also, this place had been described as "hole in the wall" which in my opinion it was not. It was clean, bright and airy with enough countering seating for six people. The prices were also quite expensive for a take out joint. Mission burritos for $7 and steak burritos were priced at $10.50.

All in all, not a bad place but definitely not worth making a special trip to try.
