I just had another great meal at Ming's Place on Avenue U and Ocean Ave. in the Sheepshead Bay area of Brooklyn. We had the Peking Duck which was served in 2 courses for $26. First course is quite the "show": we watch the server carve the skin/meat and serve it in little flat buns with hoisin sauce and julienned scallions/cucumbers--really delicious. The second couse is prepared with the remainder of the duck sauteed with mixed vegetables--also delicious. The Peking Duck does need to be pre-ordered (about a day or 2 in advance, but well worth it). I live in Manhattan, but I go to Ming's for the best Chinese food in NYC! Hope you try it!
