I have been using regular drug store mineral oil for my cutting boards. I also use Boos Board Cream here and there but it’s way more expensive. I’ve always heard to use food grade mineral oil, but the mineral oil at the drugstore is sold as an ingestible medication so I figure if you can ingest it that makes it ‘food grade’. Any thoughts or suggestions from anyone? Most of my boards are bamboo anyway, but I still put oil on them when they start to look dry.
