In gleeful anticipation of Mina's opening -- what should I order??
I went to Mina's only once, just before it closed. I ordered a whole fish, more or less dry, rubbed with mustard, since mustard is a Bangladesh specialty. It was perhaps the best Indian food I've tasted. So -- should I stick to dry things rubbed with spices? Or are dishes with a lot of liquid -- i.e. curries -- good as well? Should I stick to Bangladeshi specialties, like stuff cooked with mustard oil or served with banana chutney? Or are more widely known northern Indian standbys like dopiaza and makhani, etc worth trying?
