I just read about Dave Miller and Miller's Bake House from a local SF bread maker, Josey Baker, that blogged about him.
Dave Miller makes whole grain pasta, whole grain sourdough breads, uses heritage wheats, bulk grains, & you can get freshly milled whole grain flours (by special order).
He sells his stuff at the Chico Certified Farmers' Market Downtown at 2nd & Wall St, Chico every Sat from 7:30-1pm.
